Kent brings over 29 years of executive experience in key operational and financial roles to Willowstick. In addition to his role as CEO, Kent is also a Managing Member of Amp Capital Partners, LLC, Willowstick’s primary investor.Prior to joining Willowstick, Kent was Chief Operating Officer for Amp Capital Partners, where he oversaw the operations of over a dozen portfolio companies. Prior to that he was CFO for Amp Resources, a geothermal energy company sold to Enel in 2007. Kent has been Executive Vice President and COO of Certiport and was CFO of Kennecott Energy Company, General Manager of Kennecott Uranium, and Head of Tax for Kennecott Corporation.He has held executive roles at Price Waterhouse in NYC, Los Angeles and Orange County, and at Arthur Andersen in Salt Lake City. He is also a founder and managing member of BrightEdge Associates, LLC, a CPA firm in the practice of business consulting.

Val possesses 28 years of providing technical advice and design services for several hundred water resource projects. The majority of Val's experience include municipal/industrial projects for large service areas including water right acquisition, groundwater source development (i.e. wells and springs), water treatment plants and facilities, storage tanks, distribution and supply pipelines, and obtaining regulatory approvals. Val also has extensive experience with the application of geophysical technologies in the exploration and characterization of water resources.

15 years professional experience in sales, operations, manufacturing and executive management.  Paul is responsible for customer and supplier relationships, marketing and sales.  He leads the identification and development of the company’s sales channels; the management of contract creation and fulfillment; and the final satisfaction of project delivery and service to every Willowstick customer.  Prior to joining Willowstick, Paul held various management roles in marketing, sales and operations at technology and consumer products companies in the United States and Mexico.

Wei brings 20 years of experience in exploration geophysics.  Wei assists with research and development as well as modeling.  Wei is a registered professional geoscientist in the Province of Ontario, Canada.  He has authored over 30 peer reviewed papers that have been published in geophysical journals.

Mike has 8 years of professional experience in geophysical data acquisition, analysis, and modeling.  Mike's expertise includes the development of code for iterative inversion modeling of field data.  Mike developed and streamlined MATLAB codes to handle the processes for the Willowstick data analysis, modeling, and inversion.

Michael brings five years of professional experience in overseeing the data reduction and quality control of all Willowstick projects. Michael also provides critical assistance with modeling, interpretation, and R&D.

Brings 40 years of professional experience. inventor of the patented AquaTrack technology; developer of the mathematical model and procedures to adjust the data streams from the Willowstick measurements for the purpose of eliminating natural and man-made interference.

Rich brings 20 years of experience in geophysical survey and field data acquisition to Willowstick. Rich is responsible for the preparation of each Willowstick project and oversees the operations in the field. He also is responsible for risk assessment and safety for field operations. Rich contributes to the R&D of new equipment and the repair and maintenance of existing equipment as well as drafting duties for projects and proposals.
